WHO DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR DIVING AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
Pacific Dive recommends all divers purchase DAN Diving Accident and Emergency Evacuation insurance prior to travelling to Vanuatu. You should also obtain Travel Insurance prior to your holiday
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSFERS FROM OTHER HOTELS OR CRUISE SHIPS
Yes. If you choose to dive with Pacific Dive we will pick you up from your accommodation and drop you off for each dive. If you are arriving via cruise ship we will also pick you up from the Cruise Ship Terminal and drop you off after the Diving Tour
CAN YOU GUARANTEE QUALITY AIR AND HIRE GEAR
Pacific Dive regularly tests our air to ensure it is of the highest quality for our guests and staff. We also take great pride in maintaining all of our equipment to the highest standard possible.
HOW MANY DIVES DO YOU RECOMMEND ON THE SS PRESIDENT COOLIDGE
You could do over 40 unique dives on the SS President Coolidge ! She is a huge structure and because of the depth bottom time is often very limited. The team at Pacific Dive will do their absolute best to ensure you get the most out of your trip but it all depends on your available time. We do recommend at least 3 days of diving to see certain parts of the ship like "The Lady: in particular
WHAT QUALIFICATION DO I NEED TO DIVE THE SS PRESIDENT COOLIDGE
Pacific Dive recommends you are atleast at Advanced Certification with your training agency, However that being said we can take Open Water Divers on the Coolidge but there are limitations to the dives you will be able to do on the wreck
IS IT SAFE TO DRINK KAVA
Yes. Kava is safe to drink but only after the days diving is complete. Kava is made from tree roots and is very popular with the local Ni Van after a hard days work. It relaxes the body incredibly although some argue whether the taste is worth it. On your visit ask one of our friendly staff on where to try the best "shells" of Kava
